World Elder Abuse Awareness Day – MFH is Turning Purple!

Matthew Flinders Home Care will be turning purple to raise awareness for WEAAD. Staff will come to work dressed in purple to make a stand against Elder Abuse. There will be a display of resources, purple ribbons, purple balloons and cupcakes which the community will be invited to help themselves. In addition, everyone involved in the event will be encouraged to take a selfie while holding their answer to the following sentence, ‘We Can Stop Elder Abuse By…’
