South West Carer & Respite Services Network and Seniors Rights Victoria invite you to join us for the 2020 Regional Forum: The Warm Safe Home Forum- preventing elder abuse across our region.

Community members and professionals are encouraged to attend this important event will build the capacity of our region to work together to identify and prevent elder abuse. This 90 minute webinar will include a keynote address by Hon. Susan Ryan AO which will be followed by a panel discussion led by Seniors Rights Victoria.
This informative panel discussion will allow local service providers to respond to an elder abuse case study informed by the current Covid-19 pandemic.The panel will include representatives from Victoria Police Family Violence Unit, Housing for the Aged Action Group, Bethany Family Services Financial Counselling, Aged Care Assessment Service, and Emma House Family Violence Response Service. This panel discussion will increase understanding of the role of different services in responding to and preventing elder abuse.
