A free ‘Planning Ahead’ information session, delivered by Seniors Rights Victoria, presents information in a simple and interactive way on choosing a decision maker, having conversations about planning ahead, enduring Powers of Attorney and medical decision making.
A free kit “Take Control” is provided to participants.
Join us for afternoon tea to commemorate World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. Family members and carers are welcome to attend.
