Mildura lights the town purple

To help raise the awareness of Elder Abuse in the community Mildura Rural City Council has organised to light up some of the prominent buildings in town purple over night on the evening of the 15th of June. The building being lit up are the Carnegie Library, Deakin Ave, Rio Vista House, Cureton Ave, Alfred Deakin Centre, Deakin Ave and the Grand Hotel Seventh Street.
