Art Therapy Painting Workshop For Seniors

FreeCity of Whittlesea is holding an art therapy painting workshop for seniors. In this workshop you will enjoy creating art in a friendly, safe and social environment, as we acknowledge World Elder Abuse Awareness Day.
Creating art is an effective way to stimulate creative thinking and practice mindfulness. Art has many benefits including improving self-worth and overall wellbeing.
The event welcomes people aged 55 and above and booking is essential.
